Breakout spotted in SPH REIT (SGX:SK6U)

Nice breakout spotted recently by the system in SPH REIT (SGX:SK6U). I have entered at 0.920 on 9th Jul 2021. Dividend yield is currently quite decent at close to 6% (to me dividend is an extra bonus as I did not include it in my simulation and performance testing). Anyway uptrend is still intact so far. Please do your own due diligence.

PSPH REIT is a real estate investment trust. The Company invests in a portfolio of real estate, which is used for retail purposes in Asia-Pacific, as well as real estate related assets. Its segments include Paragon and The Clementi Mall.
