DIYQuant System US Market Analysis for Next Week 19th - 23rd Feb 2018 [Cautious]

This week the US market has rebounded with all five trading days ended in green. This week rally was a rebound of the selloff from the past 2 weeks with both Dow and S&P added 4.3% this week alone.

On Friday, the system added a new stock into the portfolio making it a total of 3. It is still hoarding about 60% cash. Depending if the rebound materialise, it may continue to load up the portfolio.

The total number of uptrending stocks increased slightly this week from 61% to 62%. Looking at this figure, the rebound does not look to be that significant as compared to what was seen in the market indices. The system will stay vigilant for the time being.
